At MOVA PACK™ , we make every effort to ship your orders quickly and securely. This policy explains our processing times, cancellation policies, and address and return shipping management.
Processing and shipping times

Most orders are processed within 12-24 hours after payment confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address and the carrier selected. (between 3 and 9 days)
Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email at help.movapack@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests can only be considered if the order has not yet been processed or shipped .

Once the order has been processed, no cancellation will be possible.
Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

We cannot be held responsible for refused or undeliverable orders due to incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible addresses.

In the event that a package is returned to us, we may:

Either arrange for a reshipment (shipping costs remaining your responsibility),

Either issue a refund , less the initial delivery charge.

Shipping Related Return Policy

If a product needs to be returned for a shipping-related reason (damaged package, undelivered, preparation error), contact us at help.movapack@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt .

We will provide you with return instructions and a form to complete.

No refund or replacement will be made until the package has been received by our logistics team.
