Shipping Policy

At MOVA PACK™ , we make every effort to ship your orders quickly and securely. This policy explains our processing times, cancellation policies, and address and return shipping management.


Processing and shipping times

  • Most orders are processed within 12-24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address and the carrier selected. (between 3 and 9 days)


Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email at help.movapack@gmail.com.

  • Cancellation requests can only be considered if the order has not yet been processed or shipped .

  • Once the order has been processed, no cancellation will be possible.


Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

  • If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • We cannot be held responsible for refused or undeliverable orders due to incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible addresses.

  • In the event that a package is returned to us, we may:

    • Either arrange for a reshipment (shipping costs remaining your responsibility),

    • Either issue a refund , less the initial delivery charge.


Shipping Related Return Policy

  • If a product needs to be returned for a shipping-related reason (damaged package, undelivered, preparation error), contact us at help.movapack@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt .

  • We will provide you with return instructions and a form to complete.

  • No refund or replacement will be made until the package has been received by our logistics team.
